The Southend Borough Combination is a football competition based around Southend, England. It has a total of six divisions. The top division, which is called the Premier Division, sits at level 13 of the English football league system. Whilst it is not a feeder to the Essex Olympian Football League, recently several teams wanting to play at a higher level have been successful in applying to that division.
