Professor Soulaymane Kachani, a Morocco-born academic, is Vice Dean at the School of Engineering and Applied Science of Columbia University, where he is in charge of the School's Master's, PhD, executive, distance education and global programs. Kachani teaches courses in industrial economics, corporate finance, operations consulting, logistics, pricing, and production planning. His research interests include dynamic pricing, revenue management, traffic flow modeling, supply chain and inventory management.
