Soul Caddy

Soul Caddy is the fourth studio album, fifth chronologically, by American band the Cherry Poppin' Daddies, released on October 3, 2000 by Mojo Records.

Feeling overshadowed by the success of their 1997 swing compilation Zoot Suit Riot, the Daddies shifted their musical direction back to the rock and ska sounds of their early albums for Soul Caddy, drawing particular influence from 1970s pop and soul. Both a critical and commercial disappointment, Soul Caddy effectively marked the end of the Daddies' mainstream career, contributing to an abrupt hiatus and eventual return to being a fully independent band.
