Sonic the Hedgehog Boom: The Music from Sonic CD and Sonic Spinball, also shortened as Sonic Boom, is the official soundtrack album to the 1993 platform video games Sonic the Hedgehog CD (US ver.) and Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball, released by Sega as part of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Released on February 2, 1994 and made available to customers who pre-ordered Sonic the Hedgehog 3 at retailer Toys "R" Us, the album features music from both featured games composed and produced by Spencer Nilsen, David J. Young and Sterling. The songs featured from the North American version of Sonic CD are extended versions and the songs featured from Sonic Spinball are remixes.

The sound track has Q-Sound Mixing Technology as with music on the Game CD, it was recorded using special Q-Sound mixing equipment and software. This provides a simulated 3D sound scape from 2 Stereo speakers or headphones and Normal Red book CD audio.
