Fraudulent Reviews
Reviews of a product or service from users that never actually used it. These are often solicited by the proprietor of the product or service, who contracts out positive reviews, “reviews-for-hire”. Some companies are attempting to tackle this problem by warning users that not all reviews are genuine.
