Accommodation for the nearby Swansea University, the Hendrefolean Student Village, is also located in Sketty. This estate is opposite the Olchfa School, and provides cheaper housing (than on the university campus) in both houses and flats. There is parking available, with a 'village' shop, bar, launderette, bus stop and tennis courts.
