Village Farida Bangar is situated near the bank of holy river Ganga. The surroundings of this village seems completely in the lap of nature. One girls junior high school and primary school are the only source of education in this village. despite all an ample amount of great scholars exist from this village and serving for the nation in the different fields. most of the population in this village are earning from the farming and paleej. There are almost 50 government teachers in this village, two MBBS doctors, one Professor. The most respectable person of this village is mr. manchand sharma, who is a teacher in Model inter college, Ghunghrawali. Village is dominated by the different casts like. brahmans, lodhies, jatavs, kevat's, harijans, dhobis, kumhars with three or four muslim families. There is a shiv ji temple near the ganga ji, and its only the source of devotion for the villagers. Village farida gave a better contribution for the growth of nation but still there is no dispensary in the village that village need it hurriedly. Population of village is more than 7000, but there is no connecting road with the city facilitated by the bus route.

The most Reputed Family of this Village Farida Banagar is of Late Shri Rajender Prasad the first Agriculture Engineer at that time, His Daughter Shashi Singh became the first & only Girl from this Village to have completed the higher education in engineering B.Tech (CS) & MBA. She is currently Settled in USA with her husband Shri Naresh Singh.

Manoj Kumar S/O Late Shri Rajender Prasad younger to shashi singh is also one of the remarkable person in the village to have higher education. He became the first person from this village to move into industrialization. He is currently running an IT Company Pris Innovative Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (http://www.pris-i.com)] based in Delhi. Both the children of Late Shri Rajender Prasad has been a source of inspiration to all upcoming children of the village & relatives.
