Use of Blacklists
The company is one of many listed by the ICO as having paid the Consulting Association for the use of a list personal details of construction workers’ personal relationships, trade union activity and employment history. The ICO have not issued any enforcement notice against McAlpine despite claims that the blacklist was still being used during the construction for 2012 Olympic park.
