Beta BASIC, written by Dr. Andy Wright, was originally a BASIC extension, but ended up as a full-fledged interpreter.
SuperBASIC, a much more advanced BASIC dialect, was introduced with the Sinclair QL personal computer, with some similarities to the earlier Sinclair BASICs.
YS MegaBasic, written by Mike Leaman.
BINSIC is a reimplementation of BASIC in Groovy, closely modelled on Sinclair ZX81 BASIC .
