Simon Petrov (born January 27, 1976 in Novo mesto, SR Slovenia, Yugoslavia) is a Slovenian basketball coach and former professional basketball player. Petrov is currently head coach of the Slovan basketball team, in the Slovenia League. He played basketball position of shooting guard.
