Symptoms
Even though many types of sick sinus syndrome produce no symptoms, patients may present with:
- Stokes-Adams attacks - fainting due to asystole or ventricular fibrillation
- Dizziness or light-headedness
- Palpitations
- Chest pain or angina
- Shortness of breath
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Nausea
- Fainting
