History and Programming
Astro Shuang Xing first started in 2003 broadcasting two channels, i.e., Shuang Xing 1 and Shuang Xing 2. A few years later, both channels were merged as one. Its programming genres cover from epic to idol, action, costume, comedy and romance. Its unique scheduling pattern enables viewers to catchup on the last episode first before broadcasting the new episode.
All dramas have Malay and Chinese subtitles, except for Singaporean dramas, Korean dramas and some Chinese dramas. Dual language audio is offered where available for wider appeal.
Astro Shuang Xing is available on Astro's channel 324.
