The firm employs over 90 legal staff in its Tel Aviv office, maintains an affiliated office in New York and an Israeli desk at Shanghai. Shibolet & Co. is the only major Israeli commercial law firm to be ISO 9001:2000 certified in the field of Legal Services. The firm is the exclusive Israeli representative of Terralex, one of the two largest international independent associations of law firms.
Shibolet was formed in 1973. It opened its New York office in 1976. In 1987, the firm merged with the Law Firm of Yisraeli and Zisman. In 2005, it merged with the Law firm of Moshe Ne’eman, and in 2007, it merged with the law firm of Amihud Ben Porat.
