Clubs and Societies

There are many sports facilities in the village including tennis, bowling, football and most prominently, Shepley Cricket Club. Shepley also has a Women's Institute, The Evergreens, Cubs and Scouts, Rainbows and Brownies and a regular village magazine.

There is a long tradition of music making in the village and Shepley Band is a very successful group of amateur musicians playing brass and woodwind instruments.
