Shen Pei

Shen Pei (died 204) was a minister serving under the warlord Yuan Shao during the late Han Dynasty period of Chinese history. Shen was criticized by Cao Cao's advisor Xun Yu many times as being called "strong of will but without tact". Following the death of Yuan Shao, Shen went on to serve under Yuan Shang. Shen afterwards was caught by Cao Cao but refused to surrender. After Cao Cao saw the great loyalty that possessed Shen, he made sure to give him the most honorable of burials.
