2012 Judicial Election

In 2012, Keller defeated her Democratic opponent, Keith Hampton, to retain her judgeship. She polled 4,245,148 votes (55.5 percent) to Hampton's 3,152,518 (41.2 percent). A Libertarian, Lance Stott, held the remaining 249,358 votes (3.26 percent). Keller received 310,709 fewer votes than her party's presidential nominee, Mitt Romney.
