After a series of biggest flops in malayalam he decided to turn to comedy and he joined hands with popular star Jayaram for Madirashi. Meghna Raj is the heroine of the film. This was another devastating movie in malayalam in 2012. He also said once that he will stop directing if Madirashi also becomes a failure. Now he will join hands again with Popular Star Jayaram for Ginger to try again.
