Shaha Riza, (Arabic: شاها علي رضا) (born 1953 or 1954), is a former World Bank employee. Her external assignment at the Foundation for the Future, a "semi-independent foundation to promote democracy" is both in the Middle East and in North Africa. Paul Wolfowitz has been romantically linked to her.
