Shafer Suggs (born April 28, 1953 in Elkhart, Indiana) is a former American football safety in the National Football League. He was drafted by the New York Jets in the second round of the 1976 NFL Draft. He played college football at Ball State.
Suggs also played for the Cincinnati Bengals, Montreal Alouettes, and New Jersey Generals.
