MTR-KCR Revised Proposal
The MTRC announced a revised proposal on 11 March 2008. The Government will fund all of the required HK$37.4 billion for construction. The Executive Council has approved the construction cost of HK$79.8 billion in March 2012 and the construction has begun on 22 June 2012.
