"SEX" debuted at number one in Greece and received a platinum certification for shipments of over 30,000 units. The songs "SEX", "Itan Psema" and "Ti Tis Exeis Vrei" enjoyed heavy airplay in Greece, furthering the success of the album. In 2006 the album was re-released as a result of its platinum certification. The re-release was supported by the song "Ki Allo", which became another airplay hit for Kokkinou.
