Sergei Stanishev
Sergei Dmitrievich Stanishev (Bulgarian: Сергей Дмитриевич Станишев, born May 5, 1966) is a Bulgarian politician who has been the leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party since 2001 and the leader of the Party of European Socialists, the second-largest party in the European Parliament since 2011. He was Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 2005 to 2009.
