Neighbourhoods
Sengkang New Town is currently divided into four major neighbourhoods, arranged from east to west:
- Neighbourhood 1 (N1) - Rivervale (河谷)
- Neighbourhood 2 (N2) - Compassvale (康埔桦)
- Neighbourhood 3 (N3) - Anchorvale (安谷)
- Neighbourhood 4 (N4) - Fernvale (芬维尔)
