He is a Tamil activist who founded the Naam Tamilar Katchi party on May 18, 2010 in Madurai. Seeman campaigned against the DMK-Indian National Congress coalition in the 2011 assembly election in Tamil Nadu. Seeman's vigorous campaign, oratory skills and the role of his campaigning team contributed to the massive losses suffered by the Congress-DMK coalition in the state elections. In the last Parliamentary elections Seeman campaigned against Congress party and was successful in defeating Congress bigwigs like Mani Shankar Aiyar, E. V. K. S. Elangovan and Thangabalu. The Congress party contested in 63 constituencies and Seeman campaigned in 59 of the 63 places. He was however unable to campaign in the remaining places due to time constraints as he was in jail and released some days before the elections and it is his campaigning that lead to Congress' loss.

Wherever he went he was successful in drawing large audience that ranged from 5000 to 25000. These are good turn-outs for road side meetings. On the other hand, other political parties attracts only a few 100 people. Seeman is passionate about the Tamil language, the culture and the people, and he is also a skillful orator. As such, when he describes the suffering of the Eelam Tamils, people are moved and some even shed tears. He attacks Congress party because he holds them responsible for the genocide against the Eelam Tamils and this evokes anger among the audience. He also attacks DMK chief Karunanidhi for being a silent spectator witnessing the genocide committed against the Eelam Tamils.

One Congress candidate wrote to Seeman to avoid his anti Congress campaign in her constituency. But Seeman politely turned down the request and asked the candidate to quit Congress to get his full support.

Seeman is not alone in his anti Congress campaign. Pazha Nedumaran Leader of Tamil nationalist Party and Gandhian Movement leader cum Ex Congress man Thamizharuvi Manian are responding in interviews and issuing statements to media against Congress party for its role in Eelam Tamils genocide. Poet Thamarai was active during elections in distributing pamphlets prepared and printed by her how Eelam issue was handled.

Even though he had supported AIADMK, a Dravidian based party, in the 2011 State Election, he wants to get rid of any Dravidian influenced party in Tamil Nadu. He particularly wants to get rid of the Congress and DMK as a punishment for neglecting the Eelam Tamils. He claims that the influence of Dravidian-ism has led to poverty and helplessness of the Tamils. And so he claims that both the DMK led by Karunanithi and AIADMK led by Jayalalitha have betrayed Tamil people in many cases.

Kaveri water from Karnataka, Paalaru from Andhra, Mullai-Periyar from Kerala, Siruvani from Kerala, more than 500 fisher-mens lost life in Indian Ocean by Sri Lankan Navy, Kachatheevu and nearly 2 lakhs Tamil lives in Sri Lanka.

So Seeman and NAAM TAMILAR Party claims that all these betrayals and lost rights of Tamils are due to the innocents of Tamil people who blindly believed on Dravidian-ism and freely accepted other South-Indians (Keralites, Kannadians and Telugus) as their brotherhoods and Dravidians.

He and his team witnessing a lot of growth and development within his party right from the primary level to the higher level reaching all the section of the Tamil people like foreign settler, youngsters, school & college students, house maids, workers, and fishermen.

Although they don't have any television channel of their own to telecast their programmes like other parties in Tamil Nadu, but Tamilan channel telecasts his programmes on Sunday from 11am to noon and other neutral Tamil Channels are also supporting them, and moreover social medias like Facebook,YouTube is used to promote their ideas. Naam Tamilar is not only against the national parties like Congress, BJP and Communists and Dravidian parties like DMK, AIADMK, DMDK and MDMK but also do not support the caste based parties like VCK, PMK that aim at getting support from their own castes and communities. Naam Tamilar believes that the discrimination of caste and religion among the Tamil people is creating a divide for others to rule over them. From India, Tamil Nadu of the only one political party Naam Tamilar Katchi is located in many country like Malaysia, Canada, Europe, America, Britian and members all are tamil peoples.

Today, he is considered as one of the best speakers in the country especially in Tamil Nadu. Huge crowds flock to attend his speeches all over the world. His bold, spontaneous and realistic answers to controversial questions in various TV channel interviews has won him the trust of a lot of Tamils all over the world.
