Seabrook Christian School - Campuses - Hobart

Hobart

In 2000, following registration as a distance education provider, provision was made to service DE students at Ranelagh. The program catered for students Grade 1 – Grade 12, with enrolment dependent on one day/week campus attendance unless precluded by travel.

In 2002, the Ranelagh Campus was closed subsequent to the transfer of all students to the Kingston Campus, which was open three days/week. This arrangement continued through to 2006 with up to three days attendance/week on offer (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) with an expectation that students would attend two days each week (Tuesday and Friday) unless travel precludes same.

In 2007, the Kingston Campus was closed and relocated to Geilston Bay. This move allowed the number of campus days to be increased to five, establishing a full-time school, while continuing the distance education service provision on three days, one day/week being the minimum enrolment expectation.
