Scouting in Tasmania, a State of Australia, is predominantly represented by the branch of Scouts Australia and Girl Guides NSW & ACT, a member organisation of Girl Guides Australia. There is also representation by the Australian Baden-Powell Scouts' Association, which was founded in May 1984 in Tasmania, and a little later independently in Adelaide, South Australia.
