Production By Model Year
| Model Year | Total Saturn Sky Production |
|---|---|
| 2007 | 16,567 |
| 2008 | 13,662 |
| 2009 | 4,178 |
| 2010 | 8 |
| Total | 34,415 |
As the above statement reads the plant closed in July 2009 so there was no 2010 production. The only 8 built for 2010 are Pontiac Solstice COUPE Models which were most likely GXP (turbo) versions. These will no doubt be the most coveted collector pieces of the Kappa Production run, but the entire Kappa line could become highly collectable due to the type of car and small number produced.

Famous quotes containing the words production, model and/or year:
“... this dream that men shall cease to waste strength in competition and shall come to pool their powers of production is coming to pass all over the earth.”
—Jane Addams (1860–1935)
“It has to be acknowledged that in capitalist society, with its herds of hippies, originality has become a sort of fringe benefit, a mere convention, accepted obsolescence, the Beatnik model being turned in for the Hippie model, as though strangely obedient to capitalist laws of marketing.”
—Mary McCarthy (1912–1989)
“The liberal wing of the feminist movement may have improved the lives of its middle- and upper-class constituency—indeed, 1992 was the Year of the White Middle Class Woman—but since the leadership of this faction of the feminist movement has singled out black men as the meta-enemy of women, these women represent one of the most serious threats to black male well-being since the Klan.”
—Ishmael Reed (b. 1938)
