  • Jeso and Vejo Sarvaiya (more popularly known in Gujarati culture as Jesaji & Vejaji ), two brothers who founded state of Hathsani and Jesar in 1480. Fort of Vejalkot is named after Sarvaiya Vejo. Jesoji and Vejoji alongside Gangadasji Sarvaiya of Amreli fought with the collective Mughal power of Ahmedabad and Junagadh for twelve years.
  • Ganga Sati also fondly known as Mirabai of Saurashtra was born to a Sarvaiya Rajput Girasdar named Bhaiji Jesaji of Rajpara (Chok) and Rupaliba near Palitana, Bhavnagar in 1846. She was perhaps known by the name Hiraba in her childhood.

Gangaba was married to Gohil Rajput girasdar Kahalsingh of Samadhiyala in 1864. According to the Rajput traditions of the time, a servat lady (Khawas) Panbai was sent with Gangaba. Panbai who later became desciple of Sati Gangaba is an acclaimed spiritual and religious figure in Saurashtra and Gujarat.

  • Shurvir Hajoji Sarvaiya : In 1762 when Gulamshah of Sindh attacks the famous temple of Ashapura Mataji in Kutch, Thakore Saheb of Vinjan shri Lakhaji Jadeja summons all Rajputs to fight for the honour, esteem and defend the sacred temple. Hajoji Sarvaiya of Vingaber near Abadasa along with his Sarvaiya brethren Kalaji, Vibhaji, Tejmalji and other Rajputs of Kutch answers the call. Though highly out numbered, Rajputs of Kutch put up a valiant fight to defend the Ashapura Mataji temple. Hajoji along with his Sarvaiya brethren make ultimate sacrifice on the battlefield.
  • Ra' Navghan, the illustrious ruler of Junagadh is a common ancestor of Sarvaiya, Raijada and Chudasama Rajput clans. Ra' Navghan was the ruler of Wamansthali of Junagadh in 1025–1044 CE and leader against Solanki Rajput king of Gujarat. He was the son of Ra' Dayaji and had escaped capture by King Solanki with his mother, then was raised by an Ahir family in strict secrecy. The Ahirs, former supporters of the Chudasama rulers, sacrificed their own son in place of young Ra' Navghan. In adulthood, Ra Navghan led a group of supporters to recapture Wamansthali from the Solanki ruler.
