Jeudy Emilio Valdez (born May 5, 1989 in Bani, Dominican Republic) is a minor league second baseman currently on the San Diego Padres active roster.

Valdez began his professional career in 2006, playing for the DSL Padres, hitting .238 with 12 stolen bases in 47 games. He played for the AZL Padres in 2007, hitting .281 with three home runs, 30 RBI and 11 stolen bases in 47 games. In 2008, he played for the Eugene Emeralds, hitting .227 with five home runs and 22 RBI in 59 games. He split 2009 between the AZL Padres and Fort Wayne TinCaps, hitting .232 with 14 stolen bases in 61 games. He played in 132 games in 2010 for the TinCaps, hitting .247 with 10 home runs, 76 RBI and 34 stolen bases.
