San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival (SAICFF) is a film festival located in San Antonio, Texas. It was founded by Doug Phillips, a leader in the Independent Christian Film movement. The Best of Festival or Jubilee Award carries a $101,000 USD cash prize, the largest single cash prize awarded. According to Phillips, the festival is drawing a battle line in the culture wars.
