Famous quotes containing the words death, threats and/or lawyers:

Death, the most dreaded of all evils, is therefore of no concern to us; for while we exist death is not present, and when death is present we no longer exist.
    Epicurus (c. 341–271 B.C.)

All Americans understand the basic lessons of history: that we need to be resolute and able to protect ourselves, to prevent threats and domination by others.
Jimmy Carter (James Earl Carter, Jr.)

    Barbara Ehrenreich (b. 1941)
