Death

He was deposed by his brother, Asaf Jah II Mir Nizam Ali Khan Siddiqi, on July 8, 1762 and ordered held in Bidar Fort prison where he was killed on September 16, 1763. He was buried at Mecca Masjid, Hyderabad. Having had issue two sons at Chowmahalla Palace one on March 12, 1756 and other on March 27, 1759.
