His family lineage is; Abdul Latif Chowdhury son of Abdul Majid Chowdhury son of Shah Muhammad Hiron son of Shah Muhammad Danish son of Shah Muhammad Sadeq son of Shah Muhammad Elahi Baksh son of Shah Muhammad Ala Baksh.
