Hutu Refugee Massacres
The Rwandan Defence Forces have been accused of committing atrocities during the 1994 Rwandan genocide, as the Rwandan Patriotic Front, and also during both the Congo wars. Amnesty International claimed as many as 200,000 Rwandese Hutu refugees were massacred by the RDF in collaboration with the ADFL.
