Ruwais Housing Complex (RHC)
RHC was built on two parts:
Ruwais 1: Inaugurated in 1982, it consists mainly of Villas built in the style of US towns during the 1970s and 80s, some apartments, most of Ruwais' facilities like the Recreational Center and Clinic(Now closed due to functioning of Ruwais Hospital) are found there. It also has the management of the complex.
Ruwais 2: Built during the interval of 2000 to 2002 it was built to accommodate the increasing numbers of employees in the refinery it consists of about 50 buildings with a number of apartments, the main public schools and the Junior School (a part of ISC Ruwais the other Senior School is found in Ruwais 1).
Ruwais 3: Can be considered as finished. Built for the larger increase of population.
Ruwais 4: Some of its building are finished, while the rest is all in progress, and the parking design too.
