Construction
- October 2008 - January 2009. Stanhope review their scheme to bring it up to date for current market requirements. Once this stage has been completed, work is expected on site for phase 1 including the park, an office block, housing and the new Warehouse Theatre.
- March 2011. Workers have started phase 1.
