Ron Roy

Wallace Ronald Ron Roy, pen name Ron Roy (born April 29, 1940), is a writer of mystery books for children. He is best known for the series A to Z Mysteries and Capital Mysteries. A new series, the Calendar Mysteries, is designed for first and second graders.

He grew up in East Hartford, Connecticut and has lived in Connecticut most of his life. He was a fourth grade teacher until selling his first book in 1978; since then he has been a full time writer.
