There are 26 dioceses including three archdioceses. The Archdioceses are:
- Archdiocese (Metropolitan) of Hanoi
- Archdiocese (Metropolitan) of Hue
- Archdiocese (Metropolitan) of Ho Chi Minh city, (former Saigon).
