Robert Taylor (athlete)

Robert Taylor (September 14, 1948, Tyler, Texas – November 13, 2007, Houston, Texas) was an American track and field sprinter, winner of the gold medal in 4×100-meter relay at the 1972 Summer Olympics. He is the father of NFL player Bobby Taylor.
