- When CITV promoted the first series, the 'Sneaky Peek' feature had the theme from its predecessor Roger & The Rottentrolls playing instead of Ripley & Scuff's.
- Ripley, Scuff and Strid made an appearance in the CITV studio on the launch day of the first series on 7 January 2002. Including the team having to make something within 15 seconds as part of Finger Tips (Series 2) launching the same day.
- The second series launched on 6 January 2003, nearly a year when the first series began.
- After the 2nd series was broadcast in 2003, the show wasn't repeated until 2006 when the CITV channel decided to repeat that series. As of 2010, Ripley & Scuff is no longer repeated.
