Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP (often shortened to Riker Danzig or simply Riker), is a law firm based in Morristown, New Jersey. Founded in 1882, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious firms in the state of New Jersey. The firm also has three other offices: One in New York City (on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan), one in Trenton, New Jersey, and one in London, England.

In 2012, The National Law Journal ranked the firm as the 258th largest in the United States by headcount.
