There are three results from a Reserve Study: 1) A listing of the major assets of the association to be funded through Reserves, their expected Useful Life, Remaining Useful Life, and Current Replacement Cost (yielding the "scope and schedule" of your Reserve projects). 2) An evaluation of the current strength of the Reserve Fund (commonly expressed as "Percent Funded"). 3) A recommended multi-year Reserve Funding Plan.

Famous quotes containing the word results:
“The restlessness that comes upon girls upon summer evenings results in lasting trouble unless it is speedily controlled. The right kind of man does not look for a wife on the streets, and the right kind of girl waits till the man comes to her home for her.”
—Sedalia Times (1900)
“The chief benefit, which results from philosophy, arises in an indirect manner, and proceeds more from its secret, insensible influence, than from its immediate application.”
—David Hume (17111776)
“Nothing is as difficult as to achieve results in this world if one is filled full of great tolerance and the milk of human kindness. The person who achieves must generally be a one-ideaed individual, concentrated entirely on that one idea, and ruthless in his aspect toward other men and other ideas.”
—Corinne Roosevelt Robinson (18611933)
