In addition to the mention and posting of several remixes on high-traffic music blog/news sites such as Pitchfork Media, I Guess I'm Floating, Brooklyn Vegan and The Music Slut, RAC has received more formal recognition in a full length feature article for the St. Louis Riverfront Times, an online interview with Stereo Subversion, and a free-mp3, official release through Stereogum (Stereogum Presents RAC Vol.1). RAC's Sega Vs. Nintendo EP spurred hundred's of blog postings around the world and a hyped headline from the massive gaming site Kotaku.

Famous quotes containing the word press:
“Television ... helps blur the distinction between framed and unframed reality. Whereas going to the movies necessarily entails leaving ones ordinary surroundings, soap operas are in fact spatially inseparable from the rest of ones life. In homes where television is on most of the time, they are also temporally integrated into ones real life and, unlike the experience of going out in the evening to see a show, may not even interrupt its regular flow.”
—Eviatar Zerubavel, U.S. sociologist, educator. The Fine Line: Making Distinctions in Everyday Life, ch. 5, University of Chicago Press (1991)
“It is in the nature of allegory, as opposed to symbolism, to beg the question of absolute reality. The allegorist avails himself of a formal correspondence between ideas and things, both of which he assumes as given; he need not inquire whether either sphere is real or whether, in the final analysis, reality consists in their interaction.”
—Charles, Jr. Feidelson, U.S. educator, critic. Symbolism and American Literature, ch. 1, University of Chicago Press (1953)
“Be sure then to read no mean books. Shun the spawn of the press on the gossip of the hour. Do not read what you shall learn, without asking, in the street and the train.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (18031882)
