Athletics

Regents offers the following athletic programs for the high school:

  • Volleyball
  • Lacrosee

The school is part of TAPPS Division 3A. Regents is home to a 5-time state champion football team, which won three state titles in 2001, 2002, 2003 in divisions 1A and 2A in 6-man football. Coached by Beck Brydon, the football team won its fourth state championship in 2006 in 4A. Regents has since moved down to 3A due to TAPPS' decision to realign the divisions. In 2010 the Knights won their fifth state title, becoming the first team in TAPPS history to win 5 titles in a 10-year period. Regents also boasts a state champion volleyball team. The volleyball team has dominated its division for the past four years. Swim, girls soccer, and basketball teams have placed at State as well, but without winning a state title. The boys basketball team had a runner-up finish in 2006.
