Craft Brew Alliance
Craft Brewers Alliance Inc, was formed on July 1, 2008, with the merger of Redhook and Widmer. CBA acquired Kona Brewing on October 1, 2010. CBA brands its beers under the names: Widmer Brothers, Redhook and Kona Brewing.
Craft Brewers Alliance changed its name to Craft Brew Alliance on January 12, 2012.
Craft Brew Alliance now publicly trades as NASDAQ: BREW.
