Famous quotes containing the words red and/or lion:
“Now I am alone with the dead,
flying off bridges,
hurling myself like a beer can into the wastebasket.
I am flying like a single red rose,
leaving a jet stream
of solitude....”

“The hour when you say, “What does my reason matter? Does it crave knowledge as a lion craves its food? It is poverty and filth, and a wretched complacency!””
