Following scores of complaints in 2012, the New South Wales Fair Trade commission appointed a dedicated case officer to review the trading activities of readyflowers.com. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission have also opened a file into the running of this business. Complaints include non-delivery, incorrect delivery, product not matching advertisement, refund refusal and the Call Centre not answering.
