Status of RC Modeling in Egypt
Until relatively recently, flying RC models was restricted by Egyptian authorities for security reasons, but a couple of years ago, these restrictions were partially lifted in response to requests from the RC Egypt modelers.
At the end of the Avex event, they received a promise of more flexibility and greater accommodations for RC modeling in the future from Air Marshal Ahmed Shafik, the then Egyptian Minster of Aviation.
