Ranjit Bhatia

Ranjit Bhatia OBE is a former Indian athlete who ran in the marathon and 5000 meters events at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome.

Ranjit Bhatia had his early education at the Lawrence School, Sanawar. He was then a Rhodes scholar at Oxford University, matriculating at Jesus College in 1957. He retired as Reader in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He is a famous athlete and represented India in Rome Olympics in 1960.
