Rangi Chase

Rangi Chase (born (1986-04-11) 11 April 1986 (age 27) in Dannevirke, New Zealand) is a professional rugby league footballer who currently plays in the Super League competition for the Castleford Tigers. He attended famous Maori school Te Aute College in 1999 before moving to Australia where he attended Keebra Park State High School. He has played at representative level for the New Zealand Māori, New Zealand A's & Exiles. Chase was also the 2011 Albert Goldthorpe Medal Winner and was selected in the England squad for the 2011 Gillette Four Nations. On 4 October 2011 Chase was presented with the Man of Steel Award.
